RULES AND POLICIES

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Set up and break down must be within the hours booked. Allow at least 30 min for each.

We have a great 3D tour available. It’s almost as good as seeing the place. If you still want to visit the place, the prebooking tours are by appointment and are limited to 15min. Second tours are subject to $50 fee.

The space comes with beautiful furniture and many decorative items.

If you prefer to use your own furniture, we are happy to store away ours for an additional fee of $100.

The booking party is responsible for any caterers and/or decorators coming to the event. Setup and cleanup by those should be included in your booking time. The venue has a fixed sound system and a portable speaker. We do not allow loud DJs.

DURING THE EVENT

We take a $200 cash deposit at the beginning of your event as a guarantee the rules are being followed and for any incidentals.

No smoking or vaping inside the space – $300 fee for smoking plus whatever damage the fire sprinklers cause.

Children should be supervised at all times by an adult.

We do not allow confetti or glitter. If you use glitter in any decorations, including balloons, the fee is $50.

No open flame, all candles have to be contained in deep containers. Chafing dishes are only allowed in the bar area on the metal surface. The chaffing dishes have to be cleaned or disposed of by the booking party.

Pets are welcome.

We charge the normal rate in 15 minutes increments for any time that exceeds the booking time . No grace period.
